These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Off-Grid Solar Calculators (the “Site”), including every calculator, page, JSON-driven form and any affiliate or product link. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is an informational project. It publishes simplified electrical and energy estimates for off-grid solar, batteries and related equipment. Nothing on the Site is a design, specification, permit package, or professional engineering, electrical, fire-safety or building-code service.
2. Electrical and engineering disclaimer
All calculators on this Site — including solar, battery, wiring, inverter, fuse, grounding and appliance tools — are for educational and informational purposes only. They are simplified mathematical estimates. They are not a system design, wiring diagram, bill of materials, code-compliant specification, or professional advice of any kind.
Results can be wrong, incomplete, outdated or inapplicable to your equipment, climate, wiring, local codes or skills. You must independently verify every figure. Before you buy, wire, modify or install anything, you must consult a certified electrician or other qualified professional. Do not treat any output as permission to work on live electrical systems.
You assume all risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rafał Stybliński and any authors, contributors and affiliates assume zero liability for property damage, fire, injury, death, business interruption, financial loss, or data inaccuracies arising out of or related to the use of, or reliance on, these tools or their outputs.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence cannot be waived.
